A Training Programme on “Balanced Use of Fertilizers” was conducted under the Mera Gaon Mera Gaurav (MGMG) initiative at Ratak Gamlin village on 14 May 2026 by Team of ICAR, Arunachal Pradesh Centre, Basar led by Acting Head Dr. Doni Jini, Sr. Scientist (Veterinary Extension Education), Miss Wangnem Rekhung STO, (Soil Science) KVK Basar and Mr. Nyaki Lollen. The programme was organized as part of the nationwide awareness campaign launched by ICAR to promote the adoption of balanced use of fertilizers among farmers for sustainable agricultural production. During the programme, farmers were made aware of the importance of judicious and balanced application of fertilizers to improve soil health and crop productivity.A total of 08 farmers participated in the training programme and benefited from the technical guidance provided by the resource persons.
